Our Group & Individual Coaching Programs, and Duration
Coaching options are by small group (usually no more than 6 in a group) or one on one. The Dream Builder Program is 12 weeks long and classes are held online currently.
You will receive a workbook and some pre-recorded audios by the program founder, Mary Morrissey—as well as the instruction and laser coaching from Mimi.
Life Mastery is a year-long program with 4 component parts. This is also a once-per-week class or session and includes materials as well.
The VIP Program allows for extra twice monthly meetings with me.
How Coaching Works
Coaching helps you to become crystal clear on your vision for what you would love and helps you overcome the hidden patterns that stand in your way we call paradigms. You are the highest authority on what you want to achieve and how you want to achieve it, but coaching lends support and direction when things get muddy.
Coaching is not therapy. There is no delving into the past to relive or explain problems. This is a complete 180 in that we focus on what we want to create rather than the reasons we can’t do so.
Therapy is completely helpful and appropriate for many issues; however, this is not the arena for such help. If when we talk, we feel that therapy is what you need or want, we’ll try to help you get the appropriate practitioner for you specific needs.
